This chemical has for long been recognized as a fat loss product. But does it function? And if so, how does it work?
Does caffeine maximize fat burn? And just how does caffeine increase fat burn? These are some of the questions that I will answer throughout this particular post.
First of, I need to understand you, that it has not been entirely tested how much caffeine increases fat burn. If you Google caffeine effects, or maybe read a book, you are going to find 100 or 1000 studies showing downsides and upsides of caffeine.
